Go to Menu > Account Settings > Verify Identity. You will need to upload a clear photo of your National ID, Passport, or Driver's License (front and back), along with a live selfie. Verification usually takes up to 24 hours.

For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed directly from the app. Please contact our Live Support team with your account details, and they will assist you with the update.

We exclusively support secure cryptocurrency transactions. The currently supported networks are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (ERC20 network). Please ensure you select the correct network when transferring funds to avoid permanent loss.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed automatically once approved. BTC and ETH withdrawals typically take 10-30 minutes depending on blockchain network congestion. USDT (ERC20) withdrawals also depend on Ethereum network conditions but are generally processed within 15-45 minutes.

You earn 10% of your referral's net trading losses daily. Commissions are calculated at midnight and added to your pending balance. Once your pending balance reaches $1.00, it becomes available for withdrawal.

Go to Menu > Account Settings > Two-Factor Auth (2FA). Download an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator), scan the QR code provided, and enter the 6-digit code to activate. This is highly recommended to protect your funds.
